FREE DELIVERY

  • Free delivery for all orders over $150!*

  • If your order is less than $150 there is a flat rate charge of $9.95 Australia-wide.*

  • We also have a range of priority options available should you require a premium delivery service (such as expedited dispatch and express post).

​*Please note that some heavy orders or orders being sent to remote area's of Australia may incur a heavy order/ additional surcharge to cover the high cost of shipping, which will be added to our standard rates.

 
24 HOUR PRIORITY DISPATCH

  • We ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed before midday (business days) will be dispatched same day. 

  • You may select a priority dispatch option for same-day guaranteed dispatch if everything is in-stock (additional charges may apply).

 
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We ship Australia wide!

  • Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes* as well as physical addresses!

  • We DO NOT ship to destinations outside of Australia.

  • Orders are sent via the most efficient shipping method.

  • We use Australia Post for all orders but may at times use other carriers.

  • All orders will be provided with a tracking number where available.

* PO Box delivery is available where Australia Post is used

Returns Policy

30 DAY PRODUCT RETURN

If you change your mind you can return your unopened product* for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For Online Orders, please get in touch with our Team by email and provide your name, the order number and the reason for returning the product and we will provide you with a Return Authority and details on returning the item.

*All original packaging and seals must be intact.  Any opened, broken or tampered with items or packaging will be deemed as used and will not be credited.
